Naturally! The honey butter was unbelievable.
Second Course
Mussels in Viognier and Saffron Cream with Charred Fennel.
Plus Hanger Steak and Frites
And possibly probably the most delicious corn dish made with Vadouvan Curry and Chanterelles. Paired with the 2022 Petit Verdot that was my favorite wine of the evening time!
The ambiance under the lights all evening was magical! We listened to music by the French bistro jazz band Les Zazous.
Dessert Course
I LOVED the creativity on this course. We thought these shavings had been some type of sweet chocolate nonetheless that they had been really CHEESE! 18 month comté cheese served over honey ice cream. What a novel and delicious combination! The dessert wine paired was a Petit Manseng.
