Nick Carter is pushing again towards a lady who claims he sexually assaulted her on his yacht when she was 15 years previous … he says her lawsuit is filled with false allegations.
The Backstreet Boys singer is being sued by a lady who says Nick sexually assaulted her a number of occasions again in 2003, when she was 15 and he was 23 — she claims Nick compelled himself on her aboard a yacht, and on a bus after plying her with alcohol.
However Nick is vehemently denying it occurred, claiming the lawsuit is filled with BS.
This accuser has filed her lawsuit anonymously, and she or he’s now the third girl suing Carter for sexual assault.
Carter’s lawyer, Dale Hayes Jr., tells TMZ … when the girl made her allegations towards Nick 2 many years in the past, authorities investigated her claims and located no advantage to maneuver ahead with fees.
